Grants, Federal Work-Study, loans, and a number of scholarships are available through our office to help pay for the educational expenses here at Valdosta State University. The Office of Financial Aid should be your first stop if you are looking for information on: aid eligibility, Stafford loans, the PELL grant, the HOPE Scholarship, or the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). The Office of Financial Aid is located on the first floor of the University Center at Entrance 5.

02-01-13: The deadline for submitting a FAFSA for Fall 2013 is June 1, 2013. Priority for financial aid programs with limited funding like the Federal Supplemental Education Grant (FSEOG) and Federal Work Study (FWS) will be given to students who submit their FAFSA and any required verification documents prior to April 1, 2013
