b'U NDERGRADUATER ESEARCHC OUNCILThe Undergraduate Research Council of Valdosta State University was organized in the fall semester of2011. Membership includes faculty representatives from the undergraduate academic departments andprograms at VSU. The Council is charged with promoting undergraduate students interest in research,with seeking ways to promote undergraduate students involvement in research activities, and withhelping faculty identify opportunities to involve undergraduates in research. The Council supports theimplementation of Valdosta State Universitys Quality Enhancement Plan, which promotes undergraduateengagement in discipline-based inquiry.
