Mobile wallets are new technological innovations that prevent people from using physical credit cards and debit cards, which they are accustomed to using. While new innovations may be a good idea for society, there are also many setbacks that come with the introduction of these new products. It was discovered while researching this topic that the acceptance of new technological innovations becomes difficult when the idea of new advancements are pushed on older age groups.
