VSU Office of Testing Guidelines for Distance Learning Proctoring Services (Non-VSU)
A $20 administration fee per test is due at the time of testing services.
Please make check or money order payable to Valdosta State University (VSU). Tests will not be mailed back or electronically submitted until payment has been received. There is a $20 non-sufficient funds fee for all returned checks.
We also accept online credit card or debit card payments or EXACT cash payments.

Government issued photo ID is required for all testing services.
Services will be administered in the Office of Testing: Powell Hall East 1st Floor Room 1131 only. To schedule an appointment for your exam please visit http://www.registerblast.com/valdosta/Exam. One day parking permits are available for non-VSU students upon request.
Please contact the Office of Testing at 229-245-3878 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment day and time to make sure your test has been received and is available to be administered.
The Office of Testing will scan and email completed tests back to the school, or a pre-paid Fed-Ex or UPS envelope MUST be provided by the agency or student. Students are not permitted to mail tests back themselves.
Books, backpacks, bags, cell phones, iPods or any other electronic device are not allowed in the testing labs. These devices must be turned completely off and stored in lockers provided by the testing staff.
Completed tests are returned on the following business day.
The Office of Testing does not keep completed tests on file, make copies of exams or answer sheets or keep unopened exam on file for more than five months.
