Distance Learning / Independent Study Exams

The Office of Testing administers proctored examinations for distance learning or online courses offered by other institutions and organizations. Exams are offered by appointment.

GACE

The Georgia Assessments for the Certification of Educators (GACE) assess the knowledge and skills of prospective and current Georgia P-12 educators. The GACE is aligned with state and national standards for educator preparation and with Georgia state standards for the P–12 student curriculum (Georgia Performance Standards).

GMAT

The GMAT is administered at Valdosta State University through Pearson computer-based testing. The GMAT is normally a required test for admittance to MBA programs.

GRE General and GRE Subject

The GRE is not administered at Valdosta State. The GRE is offered in Valdosta at the Prometric Test Center and in an at-home format. You may call the Prometric Test Center at 229-245-1069 for more information. More GRE sites and registration information may be found on the GRE website.
