Health Insurance Waivers: The on-line waiver requests are open for the spring/summer term. When you completed a waiver for the Fall, you were able to click that you wanted that same waiver for the spring/summer. The students that did that will not have to do anything for the spring/summer and Pearce and Pearce will just verify the waiver. If you have forgotten, and go into the system and try to complete a new waiver, the system will alert you and say that you already have a pending waiver for the spring/summer completed in the fall. If you did not select this option in the fall or you are new to the program, you will have to request a waiver for spring/summer even if you had an approved waiver for the fall.REMINDER: OPEN ENROLLMENT AND WAIVER REQUEST PROCESS WILL END ON
FEBRUARY 8, 2010.
If a student is purchasing insurance from Pearce and Pearce and have an existing account, they can go to Student Login on the Pearce and Pearce website https://www.pearceandpearce.com/PearceSite/Schools/GA/vsu/
and select renew. If the student is purchasing insurance from Pearce
and Pearce for the first time, they will go to the website and create an account. If a student does not do this, they will not receive their insurance card until later in the semester. Students must activate
their account prior to open enrolment ending.
