Welcome to the web pages of Environmental and Occupational Safety, a department of the Division of Finance and Administration. We are an administrative department charged with promoting environmental and occupational safety, fire safety, industrial hygiene and hazardous materials management.
I truly hope that your campus experience will be a safe and rewarding one. We are working for you toward that goal, but we need your help. Each of you is not just our "customer" you're part of our "staff" too! That is because safety begins with you. Think before you act...plan your tasks carefully...use the right tools. Work safely, learn safely, and play safely.
