Celebration of Inclusion

The 2021 Celebration of Inclusion was another wonderful event on the Valdosta State University campus. It was held on Friday, September 17, and included music, food, a movie, a student art exhibition, and the annual Unity Walk. Here are some pictures from the 2021 celebration.

The dedication of The Shannon Center for Diversity and Inclusion

The Shannon Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion was dedicated during the 2021 Celebration of Inclusion. The center is named for noted VSU alum Major General Robert (Bobby) L. Shannon, Jr. 

Unity Walk

The Unity Walk comes down the Pedestrian Mall at VSU. The Unity Walk is an annual event that is part of the Celebration of Inclusion. We are all Blazer Nation.
