2023 USG Open Enrollment:

October 23-November 3, 2023

 

Open Enrollment is the only time each year benefits-eligible employees can change their benefits elections unless they experience a qualifying life event (such as marriage or the birth of a child).  Changes go into effect the following January 1.

2024 Comparison Guide

We are excited to announce the upcoming 2024 Open Enrollment beginning October 23, 2023, through November 3, 2023.  This is your opportunity to make choices that will impact your benefits for 2024.  Please note that this is an Active Enrollment and requires employees who will be enrolled in a USG Medical Plan to elect their benefits and complete the tobacco and spouse surcharge certification.  To provide you with all the necessary information and changes for 2024, the USG is offering online open enrollment sessions.  You can register for these online sessions by clicking on the links below.  We encourage you to participate in in these sessions to ensure you have the most information regarding the 2024 changes and address any questions you may have.

Open Enrollment Sessions

Register for an Open Enrollment information session on

•  October 24 at 10:00 am or
•  October 31 at 12:00 noon

Open Enrollment Labs

All labs will be held in Odum Library Room 3270

• October 25, 9:00AM – 11:00AM
• November 3, 9:00AM– 12:00PM

Enroll through OneUSG Connect - Benefits

• Visit oneusgconnect.usg.edu and click Manage My Benefits.
• Call the OneUSG Connect – Benefits Call Center at 1-844-5-USGBEN (1-844-587-4236). Expert representatives are available Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST)
