Form Purpose: This form is intended for faculty, students and staff of Valdosta State University to reserve either one of our editing suites, classroom spaces, or our Video Capture Spaces located in Odum Library’s New Media Center.
Once your request has been received and reviewed you will receive an email confirmation from our team at email@example.com. You will be notified if the room is available and be provided a room invite to your email calendar.
Please note that we are not open on the weekends and reservations end each day 15 minutes prior to closing.

We use the Event Name field as a way to name the room calendar entry that shows on the display outside the room reserved. If you don't have one, just type not available. We will use your name instead for the name of the calendar entry.
If using the Editing Suites or Presentation Capture Space please be sure you are present while the room is in use to avoid the space being canceled for not showing up.
Our hours of operation are displayed on all of our web pages, even this contact form. However, please note that room reservations end 15 minutes before closing each day. There may be holidays that will impact our hours of operations.
A max of 2-hours per session is allowed. If the space is still available starting after 15 minutes to the end of your session, please speak with an NMC staff member to add a max of 2-more hours or what time is available for the space requested, whichever is less. This can be provided only once per day if a space is available.

Type in an alternate date and time you would be willing to have if the desired date and time supplied are not available for you. Also, share more information that may be unique to your situation for us to consider.
