Obtaining a VSU 1Card

In order to obtain a VSU 1Card you must adhere to the following prerequisites:

  • You must be registered for classes to obtain a student VSU 1Card.
  • Everyone must present two forms of identification to have a VSU 1Card made.  The first form of identification should be a government issued form of photo ID such as a driver's license.
  • New students have their VSU 1Card made during their scheduled orientation session.  Times and locations will be announced by the Orientation Office.  There is no charge for the first card made.
  • All other students and employees must visit our office in person during regular office hours.  There are no exceptions to this campus policy.
  • Employees must first visit the VSU Human Resources Department to obtain the proper forms upon initial employment and for all changes (including department and/or title) while employed with VSU.
  • Everyone is required to pay the current replacement fee of $15 for each additional card made.
