Here at VSU, we take learning seriously. Our Leader at Every Level Mentorship Program is designed to help new employees gain practical advice, encouragement, and support by learning from the experiences of VSU professionals. Additionally, new employees will increase their social and professional confidence, gain valuable insight into the next stage of their university career, and become more empowered to make decisions confidently.

IN ORDER TO BECOME A MENTEE, THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS APPLY:

  • Be an active VSU staff employee
  • Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement.
  • Willing to commit to at least 6 months’ process
  • Open and receptive to suggestions and feedback
  • Complete a Mentorship Agreement Form
