Welcome to the 2025 Annual Compliance Resource Page

The Office of Human Resources and Employee & Organizational Development Department is excited to announce that the 2025 Annual Compliance Training has commenced! This year, we are highlighting the Conflict of Interest and Commitment Policy, emphasizing our shared responsibility to uphold integrity and transparency in all professional activities. Please take time to carefully review the presentation and updated 2025 policy linked in the module, which outlines reporting and disclosure requirements related to outside employment and activities. 

All compliance requirements this year involve a brief review of policies, short presentations, and acknowledgment steps:

  • Each acknowledgment module is concise, and the USG Ethics module includes a video that you may watch. It serves as a great refresher for those who viewed it last year.
  • The Conflict of Interest and Commitment module requires a 100% score on the quiz and a policy acknowledgment to ensure understanding of reporting requirements. Users must review the PowerPoint within the module in order to successfully complete the quiz.
  • Each module provides links to important compliance policies that you can bookmark or download for future reference.

All active faculty, staff, and student employees may access their compliance Learning Program in Percipio. This learning plan includes all of the six (6) required training modules titled: 2025 Annual Compliance. We have a job aid to assist you in your compliance journey:

Supervisors should ensure that all employees are made aware of and complete this requirement. We appreciate your time and commitment in ensuring that all VSU employees are in compliance with all federal, state, and University System of Georgia’s policies and guidelines.
