Workshops



A workshop is a training session presented by employees of the Office of Internal Audit to departmental staff and management.  We can deliver a customized training session (including time and topic) to your unit upon request. Some topics to consider:

• Cash handling
• Purchasing cards
• Travel
• Identifying risks and internal controls
• Enterprise Risk Management
• Documenting procedures

We are also available to facilitate cross-functional projects that support continuous improvement and innovation.
