Electronic Thesis & Dissertation Permission & Submission Form

Form Purpose: This form is intended for Valdosta State University Graduate students who have completed their thesis or dissertation and want to place an electronic version in Vtext, an open access digital repository maintained by the Odum Library to collect, preserve, and distribute Valdosta State University's intellectual capital in ways not currently supported by traditional library and publication print models.

I hereby grant to Valdosta State University and its agents the non-exclusive license to archive and make accessible, under the conditions specified below, my thesis or dissertation in whole or in part in all forms of media, now or hereafter known. I retain all ownership rights to the copyright of the thesis or dissertation, including the right to use it in whole or in part in future works.

I authorize Valdosta State University to archive my electronic thesis or dissertation and to release the entire work immediately for access world wide.
I authorize Valdosta State University to limit access to only VSU faculty/staff/students with a valid log-in for a period indicated below for the reason stated, after which I authorize the release of the entire work immediately for access world-wide (some publishers may object, please check with your publisher).
