VSU CAMP Application Information

Thank you to all the applicants that have submitted their applications! Please continue to send in any missing documents, so we can promptly schedule your interview. If you need help, reach out to 229-415-9853.

Ideally, we are trying to accept all scholars before Awards Night at your high school, because we like to celebrate your huge accomplishment. We will continue to do our best with this, but we need prompt submission of all of your documents.  

VSU CAMP offers 25 scholarships and openings are competitive. Apply now!

VSU CAMP Application Steps:

1. Complete the online Application. 
2. Upload your Autobiography. Click for instructions.
3. Complete the Online Student Interview.
4. Complete the online Release of Information Form.
5. Have a teacher, counselor, or school administrator complete the Online CAMP Student Recommendation Form and upload a letter of recommendation.

VSU CAMP Application Process:

1. Complete and submit the 5 VSU CAMP Application Steps (listed above.)
2. VSU CAMP Director will schedule an online interview in March 2025.
3. Acceptance, Waitlist or Rejection letters will be emailed in April 2025.

The VSU CAMP Recruiter will support you in turning in the necessary documents to complete your VSU and VSU CAMP application, such as eligibility forms, FAFSA SAR report, tax forms, immunization records, transcripts, SAT/ACT scores, lawful presence verification, and housing application.

Check your emails and text messages daily for updates, questions, and reminders from VSU CAMP Staff.
