Important Update: CAMP 2026-2027 Applications Now Open - Awaiting New Funding Competition
At this time, VSU CAMP is awaiting the release of a new CAMP competition that, if selected, would provide VSU CAMP with 5 more years of funding. VSU CAMP has a strong record of meeting our performance measures, so our chances of being awarded this funding are great! Funding is tentatively set to be released in October 2026.
Although we provide no guarantees, should we get funding, we would need to move quickly to accept our 2026-2027 cohort. We encourage students to complete the CAMP Interest Form to learn more about VSU CAMP or submit the application if you know you are ready to be a part of the VSU CAMP community!
Should funding not be released, your application lets us know you’re interested in attending Valdosta State University. Our team can still help you:
- Apply to VSU
- Complete the FAFSA
- Explore other scholarships and support programs
- Help you register for Open House and Orientation
At VSU, we are committed to helping first-year students from farmworker backgrounds pursue higher education, regardless of funding outcomes.
