Dropping or Withdrawing from eCore?
Considerations
-
While VSU students enrolled in eCore courses must follow eCore withdrawal policies, any withdrawals from eCore may be counted in VSU's limited withdrawal policy.
-
If for some reason you cannot participate in class activities, you should contact your instructor immediately.
-
Failure to respond to the initial faculty communication within a week or to complete course activities within the first week may result in you being reported for non-attendance and dropped from the course.
-
Failure to participate without officially withdrawing from the course will result in a grade of F.
-
You may officially withdraw up to the midpoint of the semester without academic penalty. The midpoint is listed in each course syllabus (note: this date is NOT the same as for on-campus classes).
- Students withdrawing prior to midterm will receive a "W".
- Withdrawal after midterm will automatically result in a "WF", which is included in calculation of the GPA.
