Shared Services Center
The Board of Regents approved an initiative to bring the processing of Payroll and Benefits into one centralized location, the Shared Services Center (SSC). The SSC Call Center process means that all employees, including faculty, staff , students and retirees will be directing basic inquiries regarding Payroll, eTime, ADP Employee Service Access and Benefits to the SSC Call Center.

VSU will continue to handle benefit and payroll services that require a “personalized touch”. These services include new hire orientation, active and retiree death claims, survivor counseling, HR/Benefits counseling, retirement counseling and emergency benefit and payroll situations. Behavorial Intervention Team
The Behavior Intervention Team (BIT) helps investigate individuals and situations that could be potential threats to the safety/security of the VSU campus community. The team evaluates these individuals and situations using appropriate intervention guidelines to minimize the likelihood of violent occurrences. We are made of representatives from various areas of within VSU community.
Composed of representitives from various areas of the VSU community, the Behavior Intervention Team (BIT) works to minimize the liklihood of violent occurrences on campus through using appropriate intervention guidelines to examine either individuals or situations that could be potential threats to the VSU safety/security of the VSU campus community.
