Note:  Requests for materials may be sent at any time, but after January 31st, material may not be purchased until the start of the next fiscal year.

  • Fiscal year July 1 - June 30

  • August - Allocation formula distributed to deans
  • November 31 - By this date, departments should have about 50% of their allocation encumbered/expended
  • February 28 - All materials requests due. Submissions after this date might not be purchased until the next fiscal year.
  • May 1 - Periodical additions or cancellations are due
