The Department of Middle, Secondary, Reading and Deaf Education offers the Master of Education in Secondary Education. The program is designed for certified teachers who wish to develop advanced knowledge and skills for the secondary-level classroom.

Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Secondary Education

The M.Ed. in Secondary Education Secondary Education (grades 6-12) includes programs in English, mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics, earth science, history, or political science. All of these accredited programs are designed to build upon the professional base of knowledge developed from the undergraduate curriculum and are expected to develop abilities to deal with more of the intricate aspects of the teaching experiences.
