Late Registration and Drop/Add occurs after the regular registration deadline. During the late registration and Drop/Add dates as published in the Registration Guide, you may still register on banner. A LATE FEE applies for new registration.

This form is used along with the Registration Appeal form for any registration activity (including new registration and drop/add) following the late registration deadline as published in the Registration Guide. A LATE FEE applies for new registration.

Late Registration and Drop/Add Form:  

  1. Pick up a Late Registration and Drop/Add Form and a Registration Appeal Form from either the Registrar's Office or the Student Advising Center.
  2. Complete the form.
  3. Obtain instructor's and department head's signatures.
  4. Return to the Registrar.

This form is not official until processed by Registrar's Office personnel.

$75 late fee applies during late registration.

DROP and/or ADD Courses:

  1. Pick up a Late Registration and Drop/Add Form and a Registration Appeal Form from the Registrar or Student Advising Center.
  2. Complete the applicable section (either "Dropped from schedule" or "Added to schedule").
  3. Obtain 4 signatures:

     -instructor's and department head's signatures of the class you are dropping
     -instructor's and department head's signatures of the class you are adding.

A withdrawal is not official until received and processed by the Office of the Registrar.
