2026-2027 Season: For Love

Inspired by A Chorus Line's unforgettable "What I Did for Love," VSU Theatre & Dance explores the many forms love can take: romantic love, family, community, art, passion, sacrifice, joy, grief, and connection.  This season invites audiences to experience what we do for love: chase it, laugh at it, fight for it, grieve it, and celebrate it through theatre, music, movement, and story.

Boeing Boeing

Set in the 1960s, Boeing Boeing is a fast-paced farce about Bernard, a self-styled lothario juggling three fiancées, each a flight attendant. When schedules change and all three arrive at his apartment, chaos takes flight. Will love survive the landing?

Following dancers from first audition to final cut, the musical reveals the hopes, struggles, and devotion of artists pursuing the work they love.  The score includes the songs "What I Did for Love,"  "At the Ballet,", "God, I Hope I Get It," and "One"
