Take a step outside

Explore the campus beauty by taking a stroll on one of our many walking trails. Taking a walk outside has many health benefits, both for emotional and physical wellness. You will find a scenic art route, historical plants, the Whitehead Camellia trail, a fitness route, and a North Campus route (coming fall 2022).

Building a Culture of Wellness

When wellness is approached holistically and as a state of mind, it sets the stage for greater awareness of the role emotional well-being has on feelings of equity, happiness, good mental and physical health, and success. Become an advocate for wellness by joining a committee or initiative! Participate in upcoming events to explore and increase your knowledge for your own wellness journey.
