How to place a service request:

In order to request a new telephone line, make changes/repairs to an existing phone line, upgrade phones, reset voicemail PIN, or get technical assistance: 

  1. Sign into Technology Services Portal using your computer login username and password.
  2. Click on Service Catalog.
  3. Select the IT Communication Services on the filter Options (On the left).
  4. Select an option that best describes your request:
    • Add/Remove Phone Line
    • Campus Annoucement Request
    • New Jabber Account
    • New VOIP Phone Request
    • Phone Repair Request
    • Reset Voicemail PIN
    • Transfer Phone to New User
  5. Fillout the necessary form and them submit your request.

Your request should be processed within two (2) business days.
