Please note: ILL is able to deliver and collect items from North Campus only.

    • All items will be delivered to or picked up from your department’s front desk administrator. We are unable to deliver to main campus, the Continuing Ed/MFT buildings at 903 N. Patterson, or the Physical Plant building at 2903 N. Ashley.

    By using this form, you consent to responsibility for this item from the time it leaves the library to the time it is returned. Items that are lost or damaged may be assessed a fee by the lending institution. Items should be delivered or picked up no later than the end of the following business day, weather permitting.
