Career Opportunities Hosts Nursing and Health Professions Career Expo Jan. 29

VALDOSTA – Valdosta State University’s Office of Career Opportunities will host a Nursing and Health Professions Career Expo from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 29, in the lobby of the Health Sciences and Business Administration Building.

Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia Regents University in Augusta, Lighthouse Nursing Agency in Perry, Phoebe Putney Health System in Albany, South Georgia Medical Center, Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare in Tallahassee, Fla, Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, and University of Florida Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Fla are scheduled to attend.

Current students and alumni pursuing a degree or considering a career in athletic training, dental hygiene, exercise physiology, and nursing are invited to attend.

Job seekers are encouraged to dress professionally and to bring several copies of their resume. A room will be available for health profession representatives to conduct impromptu interviews.
