College of Education Announces Peer Advisors

VALDOSTA -- The Valdosta State University James L. and Dorothy H. Dewar College of Education announced the names of 14 students who will guide first-year and transfer students through their first semester at VSU.

Peer advisors facilitate orientation activities, provide guidance and enthusiasm during advising and registration, and distribute pertinent information to incoming college of education students. These top students are selected based on their participation in campus activities, grade point average, leadership and communication skills as well as their desire to represent the college of education.
