- Arrival Time:
- Arrive no later than one hour before your ceremony
- Avoid Baytree Road due to guest traffic
- Park in the Sustella Parking Deck
- Line Up Area:
- Undergraduates are to go upstairs to PE Mezzanine and follow signage
- Graduate students are to go to PE Room #143, located on South Hallway
- Faculty marshals from respective colleges will be on hand to assist you
- Preferred Attire:
- Dark attire, comfortable shoes
Accessible Parking, Entrance and Seating

The PE Complex Parking Lot has been designated for accessiblitiy parking on a first-come, first-serve basis. A handicap parking permit is required. Please limit handicap parking to those that truly require special accomodations.

Guests in need of an accessible entrance should use the west entrance of the Physical Education Complex which is on the Sustella Avenue side of the building.

A staff member will be available at this entrance to assist guests with accessible seating needs.

The ceremony will be interpreted for any Deaf or Hard of Hearing attendees. Guests requiring this service should notify the staff in order that they may be seated in a location that would provide a clear view of the interpreters.

It is highly recommended that guests in need of accessible seating arrive early as seating is limited.
