Staff Spotlight Nomination Form

If you know of an individual, or office that has contributed in a positive way to Campus Recreation, we invite you to fill out a spotlight nomination.

• One staff spotlight chosen per month 
• This staff member will be chosen from all of the student staff employed at the SRC, not each area.
• Must include accomplishments for that month, why they should be chosen, etc.)
• Winners will be notified via letter from the Director, as well as announcemement on Social Media with photo and bio.
