PSST Child Audition Form

Please complete and submit this form by end of day, January 22, 2024.
    • Please note, some email services (i.e. gmail) will send incoming email from .edu email addresses (PSST leadership uses valdosta.edu email addresses) directly to spam or clutter.  If you are looking for a response, please check there as well.
    • Please include any dance and/or gymnastics training if applicable.
    • Please indicate if the child sings in a choir (i.e. church, school, etc), if the child can read music or if they play an instrument (and if so which?).
    • Please include show title, role, and producer.

  • File attachment size limit is 2 MB.
    • Please tell us of any potential conflicts between June 3 and July 20, 2024.
