The primary mission of Valdosta State University's Campus Reservations is to provide quality facilities and services to meet the needs of the diverse population of the campus community. Our secondary function is to accommodate non-university organizations that provide educational programs or public service events in a manner consistent with the educational goals and mission of the University.

Campus Reservations serves as a centralized event planning office to assist VSU recognized student organizations, departments, and external organizations with reserving and renting facilities on campus for meetings and events. Our work includes high-level university events including President's Convocation, ribbon cuttings, visiting dignitaries, and other special guests as well as numerous annual events and special projects.  The department also maintains the daily operations of the conference center located on the north end of the University Center and Student Union.
