Procedures for requesting keys are outlined in Key Procedures. 

Keys may be picked up and dropped off at the Key Shop by appointment only email lockshop@valdosta.edu , Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.  Located at 1410 North Oak Street in the Oak Street Parking Deck Second Floor.  All keys must be picked up in person. Please bring your VSU ID, & all University keys previously issued when picking up keys. ***The key shop is required to inventory all keys issued to an individual prior to issuing new ones***.

Please use new key system form for the below buildings 

  • Barrow Hall 
  • Health Sciences and Business Administration 
  • Plant 
  • Pound Hall
  • Thaxton Hall

1Card 

Your VSU 1Card is used to access some doors on campus.

If you live on campus, your residence hall staff is responsible for your assigning access and any issues.

If you need access to enter Odum Library, email dooraccess@valdosta.edu, for other door or parking gate access contact Key/Lock Shop.
