The Office of the Registrar works diligently to provide an unprecedented commitment to maintaining accurate academic records for all students; prompt, professional, and courteous service to the University community; and in addition, interpret and maintain compliance of governmental, Board of Regents, and institutional policies and procedures for the University community and the public.

2024-2025 Highlights

The Office of the Registrar celebrated 2,737 students graduating, an increase of 241 students from the previous year.

Course withdrawal deadlines were extended to the 11th week for full-term courses and 6th week for 8-week courses, helping more students stay enrolled and on track for graduation.

Looking ahead: 2025-2026 Goals

The Office of the Registrar will continue efforts to increase the number of graduates, supporting students on their path to earning a degree.

The office aims to welcome more students in person, providing improved support and guidance for enrollment, registration, and academic progress.

Registrar staff will reduce response times for emails and unique student circumstances, ensuring timely, accurate, and personalized support.
