The Valdosta State University Greek Life community empowers students to unlock their full potential through leadership, scholarship, service, and social excellence. We foster belonging, personal growth, and lifelong friendships by creating meaningful connections and transformative experiences that shape future leaders and strengthen the VSU community.2024-2025 Highlights
The community increased its all-Greek GPA by 17%, reaching an impressive 3.15—a testament to the commitment to academic excellence.
More than 180 new members joined fraternities and sororities, strengthening our bonds of brotherhood and sisterhood across campus
To further elevate visibility and pride, Greek Life unveiled a new banner wall in the Student Union, celebrating the vibrant organizations that make up our thriving Greek community.
Looking ahead: 2025-2026 Goals
Greek Life will increase IFC participation by enhancing recruitment strategies and partnering closely with Admissions to connect with prospective students.
The community will continue fostering leadership development, risk management education, mental health support, and social excellence for all members.
Greek Life will collaborate with Enrollment Marketing to showcase the student experience across all social media platforms, highlighting the impact, community, and opportunities within our organizations.

Greek Week Greek Week 2025 brought the VSU Greek community together for a week full of competition, camaraderie, and campus spirit. Students showcased their talents and school pride in field games, trivia nights, photo scavenger hunts, and a cookout with live music ending the week together. With chapters competing and connecting in meaningful ways, Greek Week celebrated leadership, teamwork, and the lifelong bonds that make VSU’s fraternities and sororities truly unforgettable.
