    To be eligible to participate in the HEP program, a person must be a seasonal or migrant farmworker or a dependent of a seasonal or migrant farmworker, OR have qualified in the past AND/OR are currently qualified for the National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP). "Temporary/Seasonal farmworker" means a person who, within the past 24 months was employed for at least 75 days infarm work, and whose primary employment was in farm work on a temporary or seasonal basis (not constant year-round activity).
