1. How can I get more information about each program?
For detailed information about each course, please go to our Career Training Program website and search for the program in which you are interested. If you have questions that are not answered on our Career Training Program website, contact us via LIVE chat (click the button toward the top right of the page). You may also send us a question using the "Contact an Admissions Counselor" form or call us at 1-855-520-6806.

2. When can I start the program?
Our programs are all open enrollment. You can register and start the program as soon as you are ready. Please allow at least 7 days from registration and payment for your actual start date.

Please note: Once the program curriculum is accessed online or through submission of a material shipment confirmation, refunds cannot be issued.

3. Can I get financial assistance?
ed2go courses are non-credit courses, so they do not qualify for federal aid. However, there are private loans and other options that may meet your need. Click here for additional information. In addition private lenders and SallieMae Amart Option Loans meet your needs.

4. Do I have to buy additional materials?
All the materials you'll need are included, and their cost will be covered by your tuition. ed2go will ship all materials ground service upon enrollment. Please review the course specific Requirements tab to find out what materials are included for each course.

5. Who will be my instructor?
Each student is paired up with a facilitator for one-on-one interaction. The facilitator will be available (via e-mail) to answer any questions you may have and to provide feedback on your performance. All of our facilitators are successful working professionals in the fields in which they teach. Instructor information is available under the course specific Instructor tab.

6. How long does it take to complete a program?
Most programs may be completed in 6 months; however, some will require 12 to 18 months. Extensions beyond the initial access are generally available and pricing varies for the extensions. Please review the course specific Details tab for each specific course.

7. What happens when I complete the program?
Upon successful completion of the program (70% or higher), you will be awarded a certificate of completion from Valdosta State University Continuing Education.

8. Am I guaranteed a job?
We don't provide direct job placement services, but the programs will provide you with the skills you need to obtain an entry-level position in most cases. Additionally, the ed2go facilitators and career counselors will help you build your resume and are available to give advice on finding your first job. Facilitators will also be available to use as a professional reference upon completion of the program. Potential students should always do research on the job market in their area before registering.

9. Can I register for programs if I am an international student?
Yes, most programs are available to international students. Call our office to register using a credit card: 229-245-6484. Payment in full must be received before starting a program.
