KohnThis paper examines the Enneagram tests validity and reliability when compared with other personality tests. The Enneagram test will be compared with the Myers-Briggs test and the Big Five personality test. The Myers-Briggs test is one from the internet that is based upon Carl Jungs and Isabel Briggs Myers personality type of theory. The Big Five test is one from the internet that consists of the Big Five Inventory-2. A survey containing these tests was sent out to VSU students via their professors. Several correlations were done between the scales and their subscales. Sex differences between the scales and their subscales were examined as well. It is predicted that the Enneagram test will correlate most with the Myers-Briggs test. A correlation between the Big Five test and the Enneagram test is also predicted. The research goal was to provide evidence to show that the Enneagram is an additional tool to use when assessing personality and perhaps other constructs. Limitations of the research are discussed as well as future research on this topic. 62'
