SchilkeSponsor: Dr. Cheryl TillmanLeadership can come in many forms and be interpreted in different ways. This is why an individuals philosophy on leadership also varies. Through personal experience, I was able to develop a philosophy on leadership that relates closely to hiking. Different aspects of hiking promote effective leadership and positive directional skills through, support, preparedness, and recognition. This philosophy, relating to hiking, focuses on being able to create and build a legacy that positively supports and inspires individuals through productive motivation. 35'
