POSTPONED/CANCELED EVENT

In the instance that an event is postponed due to force majeure or any other condition, Valdosta State University and Peach State Summer Theatre is not responsible for the refund of individual tickets or season memberships. The ticket stub from a post-phoned performance will serve as an admission ticket to the rescheduled event. No refund will be provided if the ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled event.

In the event that a performance is canceled and not rescheduled, the admission ticket to the canceled performance may be used as a general admission to another performance during that season. 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Audience members voluntarily assume all risks and danger of personal injury and all hazards arising from or related in any way to this event, where occurring prior to, during, or after the event. Audience members enter at their own risk and should pay attention at all times.Please note:

  • Everyone who has reserved access for a specific day and time’s performance are watching all together.
  • You should plan on allowing yourself time in the log in process to be ready to go before the streaming begins. Perhaps 15 minutes before the ‘curtain time’.
  • You may want to reboot your router before logging in for the performance
  • If you purchased a flex pass, you will want to secure your access for a specific performance 1 hour prior to the announced start time.
  • You will not be able to pause or rewind.  This is like coming to Sawyer Theatre, once we start, we don’t stop.
  • You will can watch the show on any device (phone, tablet, desktop or tv) where you can also check your email. Supported browsers include:

    • Microsoft Edge
  • Additional access can be purchased directly from the link above. You cannot reuse nor share your access code.
  • It is possible to purchase access for more than one device: the system will generate individual codes that the purchaser can share with family or friends.
  • In the event that a refund is requested due to technical difficulties in connecting to the show and viewing it on your device, please note that if your ticket purchase was made by a credit card the ShowTix4U fees portion of the purchase cannot be refunded.

Sales Policies

All sales on season memberships and patronages are final.
All sales on individual tickets to specific performances are final.
Sales tax is added to the purchase price of the tickets and/or memberships. 

Reservation Policies

Advance Reservations are strongly encouraged.

Pre-Paid Reservations can be picked up outside Sawyer Theatre approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain.  

Please be advised: Customers who request holds for tickets or seating placements, must purchase tickets at least 48 hours in advance of performance, or risk the release of those tickets and(or) seating placements to other customers.

Tickets can be purchased without an advance reservation, subject to availability, Approximately 45 minutes prior to curtain.
