Faculty Development Funding Request

Please complete the form and make sure to include a budget and, if travel, a travel authorization.

The Executive Committee, a committee of peers, will review the application and make a recommendation to the Department Head utilizing the evaluation rubric found at XXXX. 

There are two cycles of funding.  The Fall deadline is September 30th, and the Spring Deadline is January 31st.

If the project is funded, a report of the outcomes of the effort is due within three months to the Executive Committee. Failure to submit a report may impact future funding requests.

    Please limit equipment in the budget to items that impact your personal development.  End-of-year spending and program materials should not be part of a request.

    Failure to provide this information will result in an inability to make purchases. 

  • File attachment size limit is 2 MB.
