This minor gives them those skills. Economics Today’s students require knowledge of different economic theories, behavioral economics, micro and macroeconomics, and even personal finance. The economics minor explores these and other topics, providing students with a solid foundation for making decisions in the future. Human Resources Recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as one of the premier HR programs in the country, the minor provides students interested in a career in human resources with a variety of topics ranging from employment law to compensation and incentives for dealing with the recruitment of potential employees.
