Research Interests
- I am a plant molecular biochemist with broad interests in the principles of genetics, cell biology, and stress physiology, and 15+ years of experience in formulating, troubleshooting, and managing interdisciplinary projects. My research interests are in understanding the regulation of protein synthesis. In addition, I am interested in developing new technologies for plant phenotyping, setting intellectual property initiatives, and creating innovative, hands-on teaching tools that foster experiential, research-based student learning.
