Fishes and Herps

Help Dr. David Bechler, retired VSU Ichthyologist and Herpetologist, and his team collect and identify fish, amphibians and reptiles in and around the lake. On Friday evening they will be scanning the pond for alligators with flashlights, and listen to frog calls. On Saturday they’ll be using seins and dip nets to collect specimens. Join this team to learn more about these groups of organisms and contribute to the BioBlitz species list.
