CELT-eLearning programming includes faculty learning communities (e.g., for new faculty and department heads, about high-impact practices and other forms of experiential learning, and for teaching online and using educational technology), leadership and renewal retreats for post-tenure faculty, one-on-one instructional consultations and teaching observations, a university-wide peer faculty mentor program, and customized faculty development webinars and workshops that address pedagogical needs of an academic program, strategic planning initiative, or cutting-edge instructional technologies.

In addition, Dr. Landau is a tenured Professor in the Department of Communication Arts at VSU. Her recent scholarship examines teaching/learning and faculty development. In general, her teaching and research in her home discipline of communication studies has always focused on how verbal rhetoric and mediated images influence U.S. public policy and social change related to gender/sexuality, health/medicine, and affect/emotion.
