About:
I started my collegiate journey at VSU in the Fall of 2017 and graduated with my Bachelors of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration in May of 2021. During my time as a student, I had many amazing opportunities to get involved with different organizations and offices on our campus. Some of my roles as a student leader included Student Government Association Secretary and Vice President, as well as Secretary of Chi Omega. Also during my time at VSU, I had the opportunity to work in the Office of Student life, Office of Admissions, and Office of Student Affairs. Through these various organizations I was able to become well connected to not only the student body, but to faculty and staff members as well. I truly say that I found my home away from home at VSU!

Favorite Spot on Campus:
My favorite spot on campus is the Front Lawn. During my very first tour of VSU, I fell in love with the Front Lawn and made my decision to attend VSU that instant. The palm trees lining the walkway create a perfect spot to hang up a hammock and get some schoolwork done or just relax in the sun. The open grassy space allows students to play sports, hang out with their pets and friends, and attend large events put on by the University.

Best Advice:
Step out of your comfort zone! College is a wonderful time to experience new things. VSU offers many experiential learning opportunities in the classroom including community service, internships, and study abroad programs. Many student organizations will host events where you can meet new people and interact with people you may not see on campus every day. Take full advantage of those opportunities to push yourself out of your comfort zone both in the classroom and your personal life.
