Jai’kel Robinson BIOLOGY MAJOR FROM WARNER ROBINS, GEORGIA, WHO GRADUATED IN DECEMBER 2017 “I was in the Air Force ROTC program here at VSU with Austin. I was really inspired by the way that he could utilize the things that we learned here in ROTC and expound upon them, taking simple calisthenics exercises that keep airmen fit and making a lifestyle change with them. What I really like about his program is that it’s not just for fitness experts. Even if you don’t know how to do a pushup, he goes through the basics and he has different video segments for each type of exercise. He also has an entire Facebook community, so if you have any questions, you have an entire community of people that you can reach out to and rely on. Austin is a really great guy. He’s always willing to help out somebody, even if it’s not working out. He’s really good when it comes to motivation and inspiring people.”
