The OneOp Family Development Team at Valdosta State University is part of a Department of Defense (DoD) grant initiative. Our team is located in Pound Hall (Suite 2201) on VSU's North Campus and provides professionals with online programming that supports work with military families.

OneOp encourages the formation and expansion of a skilled and collaborative network of professionals who support positive outcomes for military service members and their families through online learning opportunities such as webinars, virtual learning events, podcasts, and other resources.

Family Development

Family Development is part of OneOp. OneOp is comprised of various teams across the country, including Military CaregivingPersonal FinanceEarly InterventionCommunity Capacity BuildingFamily TransitionsNetwork Literacy, and Nutrition & Wellness.


Online Resources

We provide free CE Credits for our webinars! Most of our sessions offer the following CE credits: 

  • CE credit for Social Work, Licensed Professional Counselors and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists from the UT Austin Steve Hicks School of Social Work

  • Clock hours for Board-Certified Case Managers from the Commission for Case Manager Certification 

  • Contact hours for Certified Family Life Educators (CFLEs) from the National Council on Family Relations are available for select webinars 

  • Certificates of attendance are also available for documenting professional development activities.
