Student Advisory Council
The procedures for the student advising center in the Dewar College of Education & Human Services have evolved in the past two years as determined by the needs expressed by students and faculty. The establishment of an Advisory Council designed to legitimize this rapidly growing demand for academic advising and student advocacy developed during the fiscal year, 2013-2014. Outlined below are the guidelines for this council:

Meetings occur F-2-F & virtually:
Meeting 1: End of Spring Semester
Meeting 2: Beginning of Fall Semester
Minutes will be recorded by the Advising Center’s Asst. Director
The Advising Center’s Director will be responsible for calling the meetings and setting the agenda as established by the advisory members.
