Virtual Soul Food Cookbook

During this unique time of the COVID-19 pandemic, the VSU community is taking precautions to safely celebrate Black History Month.  We commemorate this month with an eye toward a future in diversity and a recognition of heritage.  The contributions of people of African descent are endless and priceless, from the first universities and libraries to music and food.  Having said that, we are encouraging members of the VSU community to share a soul food recipe that has been passed down through generations.  Click here to share your recipe and your story.

The virtual cookbook will be available throughout the year and is a good way to take care of your “soul” as we get through the remaining months of the COVID-19 pandemic.
