Purpose of Policy

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all employees of Valdosta State University are informed about the hazards of chemicals to which they may be exposed in the workplace in compliance with the Georgia Public Employees Hazardous Chemical Protection and Right to Know Act of 1988 as amended.
